We want you to love your Ramy Brook purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
